Made from high quality 4mm and 700gsm correx/coroplast, Cage Creations correx bases are the highest quality available. These are pre-scored and cut by professional machinery ensuring clean and precise folds. Supplied with velcro coins to secure the corners.
Our correx bases are waterproof, sturdy and easy to assemble. With a wipe clean finish they are easy to maintain and keep clean. When using a high quality fleece liner, such as those supplied by CandE Cosies, liquid shouldn't reach the base. However, with lower quality wadding based liners or for those who use woodshavings then an easy clean base is essential.
We know that correx can be quite plain to look at, and even though big piles of hay are nice for guinea pigs it's not so exciting for the owners.

Great service, Very pleased with new correx base for guinea pigs . Fitted together well with Velcro stick on spots , slightly smaller than my previous base hence the 4 stars rather than 5 but very pleased and would definitely use again.
I bought 6 of these for our Guinea pig family and I must say they are brilliant! Really sturdy and I love how easy they are to put together with the Velcro. Also the sides are nice and tall so it’s safer for the piggies and also they don’t have the urge to chew it so much! Price is excellent too! Communication from the seller was brilliant, he made sure that we received the parcel before we moved as well which was a bit tight on timing.

The base was half the price of the more well known company. And it’s brilliant, higher sides too so nothing gets shoved over the top. I’ve just ordered a second base so I can extend the cage. Very happy
