Christmas Ordering
It's that time of year where Christmas is almost upon us. We will continue to take orders over the festive period but will not be dispatching items between the following dates:
Last Dispatch Day before Christmas: 11:00am on Friday 20th December 2024*
Dispatching Re-Starts: Thursday 2nd January 2025
*Items should arrive before Christmas but is not guaranteed.
Current Dispatch Timescales: 2-4 working days
UK Delivery Charges
We use Parcelforce* or Royal Mail* for the majority of our shipping and will provide tracking details. The shipping costs are dependent on the value and weight of the goods purchased.
We will aim to dispatch all orders within the timescale given above and we send orders using a 48hr service, unless an alternative service is required.
Express, as mentioned in the shipping options, refers to the shipping timescale of 1-3 working days. This does not include processing time.
* An alternative courier/delivery service maybe used if required.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value depending on location as follows:
England, Scotland and Wales: £50 and above
Northern Ireland and Isle of Man: £65 and above
International: No Free Delivery options available.
This is due to the varied shipping costs levied by Courier services for delivering to these locations.
International Delivery
If you are located outside of the UK and are interested in our products then please get in touch at sales@cagecreations.co.uk for us to discuss options. Due to the size and weight of many of our items these will incur higher shipping costs. Be aware, all Taxes/Duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
If you are not happy with your item please contact us and then return it within 14 days. All items must be returned postage paid and in saleable condition. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered then please contact us first and the return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, including postage and packaging.
