sent me someone elses order and never replied to emails i sent asking what happened. also emailed asking how long it would take to arrive as it was taking much longer than was advertised, never got a reply. really hope the poor person whose order i have managed to get theirs, but im not convinced given theres been 0 replies and its been ages
Great quality and easy to clean! Only issue i had was attaching the hoops to the cover part, it took quite a while and hurt my fingers, but once that part was over it was amazing!

Really easy and simple to put together, came with all what I needed to put it together. Only nibble guards for ramps keep sliding down, even after trying to squeeze tighter but not a problem.

This was actually for our tortoise. Had to modify slightly, but it works well.
I bought the shorter ramp to introduce a loft area but the base was only 3 panels long. It does state that the sides can be hard to fold up due to the metal rod inserts but I didn't particularly struggle (36f).
I did find the nibble guards a little loose so I don't use them, the boys mostly chew the short sided ends anyway. Having the carpet attached is great for their grip as I struggle to find suitable liners. They were reluctant to use it for the first day but a bit of lettuce and practice changed that.
I do use this with one portal grid to fit my cage length but didn't purchase a recessed base (tried making my own, went wrong). I initially only had a 2x1 loft and the boys had to slow down and crouch to the height of the ramp sides to get between levels.
Buyers, PLEASE use a 2nd portal grid or like me, extra panels to create an open box area so your guinea pigs can zoomie all they like.
I have been transitioning my boys from ye olde style pet shop cage to c and c style. I am forever trying to figure out how to have the cage that keeps them safe and happy but that I can access too.
Initially I was accessing the cage from above as it was on the floor and balancing panels on the connectors. Now my cage has 2 levels and is on a table too so it requires side access.
These door grids match my existing wall panels but are harder to push into connectors. Please keep trying then add the wall panels. The doors, once in properly, do have a wide angle to improve access.
My only issue is that I didn't find the instructions that are listed elsewhere on site until after I purchased them. Your delivery will include little white clips to join these to normal grids, these grids balance on the connectors when forming lids. This is not how I want to use the doors. There are currently no proper door catches that I can find online.
That being said, they are good. They match my cage, they open wide so I can remove the hay tray and I currently secure them with small luggage padlocks. I have one to the loft that folds down and 2 on the lower level side that I swing outwards.

This company is awful! Will not answer messages, emails. My item was sent but then the post office sent it back sender and I still haven’t had a response at all.
No ramp was included and despite emails, no one has replied. AVOID.
I ordered 2 of the 2x3 bases in white. I received them in black. When I contacted the company about this I didn’t have any reply. Very bad customer service. I’d read a few bad reviews, but thought I’d give them a go. Won’t be ordering again or recommending this company.

Placed an order for a cavy kitchen medium and 2 forage items on 31 July, and paid £6 for express delivery. Its now 18 Sept and I've not received my order and had no response whatsoever to any of my email enquiries to customer services. I've now requested a full refund but not expecting to receive this either so will have to pursue via bank. Thought my issue might be a one off and was surprised to see so many recent similar negative reviews. Shame, as I've ordered from this company via their linked sister company in the past without any issues, I'd now be wary of ordering from either.
