Although I've had to return the item due to fit, I wanted to leave a review as the item arrived promptly, was very good quality (far better than the ramp that came with the cage) and the aftercare sales service was very good. I would definitely use Cage Creations again.
Fitted on to an exsisting Kavee cage, much better quality than the ramp I had from the expensive brand, brought to replace theirs which my GPs had eaten! Only slight improvement would be to have the nibble guards tighter as they slide down- but I used some pliers to tighten them up which solved the issue.
Different colours would also be a bonus!

I ordered this over two weeks ago and have not received the item. I have contacted cage creations but I haven’t received a response.
I was sent a large cosy cafe despite ordering a medium. It will not fit in my cage. I have been trying to get support for a month but they are not responding or helping!
Be wary that there is almost no customer service.
I ordered the loft on June 11 but less than 5 hours after placing the order I have tried to cancel the order immediately after realising a portal grid is needed and it's out of stock. No reply.
I messaged them on their facebook messenger june 13 and still no reply.
Item was delivered to me june 16.
I got desperate and messaged the sister company CandE cozies for help and I had a reply saying if I send it back I should get the refund. I have done that and it was delivered to them on June 23. I even left a note explaining what happened and why i am returning. I added that i have messaged CandE cozies that I can return.
I followed it up last week
Until now there's no reply from them.
I am quite disheartened as I saw a review that says cagecreations have replied to them with their query and there's me being ignored after multiple attempts of contact.
I understand that this is a small business but I also think that customer service is really important. I have ordered 2 items from them previously so it's not like i am a scammer or anything.

I ordered 2 as discounted. Fitted C&C 2x5 perfectly as other sizes did.
Only White available which I prefer now. Easier to clean properly.

My 4 piggies ( 1 skinny , 1 shelter and 2 crested) were in a hybrid cage put together from 2 Midwest cages on the floor. I made a large hinged plywood base for their new c&c and placed it on a large unit. Really easy to put together, very easy to clean importantly and I can’t imagine going back to any other cage. I’ll upgrade my 2 next with the same size.
our C&C cage has a perspex front. our piggies used to sit and watch the movies with us but the sides on this new base are a bit too high and too high for their drinks bottle too.
Will figure out how to roughly half the height of the sides for them.
Fantastic item as usual from CageCreations, super speedy delivery, excellent quality and so simple to put together. Purchased to extend my girls cage, I already have a larger base from yourselves so had no hesitation in ordering this item too!
I made my first C&C cage using grids bought online elsewhere but wasn’t brave enough to do the base myself. This fitted perfectly and came super quickly. Really impressed.
Still haven’t received my order after 2 months it’s awful not happy at all. I don’t even want the cage anymore so want to send it back but still no sign if I!
Bought cage liners and several other items for rescue pigs and happy with quality however all communications since completely ignored.
These are really good, easy to assemble and give the pigs alot more room. The boys have cardboard and wood in with them so they haven't nibbled the plastic but the girls have as they don't have any wood. Overall these are a really good product and alot cheaper than other websites I've looked at I almost brought these for double the price.
Great item, delivery is good too.
The only one issue I have is the sticky tabs that go on the base to hold the sides together don’t last very long, they fall off. But overall a good product.
Found this via a Google search in preparation for my daughters guinea pigs. Great quality, easy to fix in place. Been using it for around a week now. Fits my 5x2 c&c perfectly. Such good quality and by far the best price I could see. Have recommended on my Facebook guinea pig group to others.
