Where are the Ramps and Bases?
Many of you have noticed that a couple of our items are out of stock such as primarily our standard grids, 2x4 C&C Bases and unique reinforced ramps. Therefore I thought it would be a good idea to post a quick update on the current situation and let you all know what's going on.
We launched in November and had a good start to sales leading up to Christmas. After the New Year things picked up and then it seems we started getting recommended by many of our customers so a BIG thank you for those that did! However, it did catch us a little off guard as we are a small team and new at providing these products. This then leads onto more supplies and where are they.
There have unfortunately been a couple of delays with the ordering and manufacturing of our items which were completely unforeseen and have meant we have been left without stock of our more popular items. These are on order and being manufactured, along with a new 2x1 loft with Right Hand entrance and also a longer, 90cm, version of the reinforced ramp. All of our items are manufactured to order specifically for Cage Creations. None of these items are generic items that can be taken off of a shelf and boxed.
Availability Timescale
As mentioned above, all of our items are being manufactured as of this posting and we are hoping they will be dispatched very soon. Early estimates are that they will be with us at the end of April but given global supply chain issues there could potentially be delays. It is unfortunately out of our control and as frustrating for us as it is for you, our customers. It has just been an unfortunate set of circumstances this time round but we will learn and hopefully not be in this position in the future.
Thank you to everyone for your support, understanding and patience and as soon as these become available we will let you all know. Our aim is to be the go to place for you all where you can buy high quality grids, bases, kitchens etc without being overcharged. As with any new business there are teething troubles but will get there. In the mean time there are still plenty of kitchens, hay barns and other size cages available so take a look around.

I just want to say well done. I volunteer at a guinea pig rescue and always recommend your products to potential adopters or those looking to upgrade. 10/10. Keep up the good work. Hopefully the stock arrives soon.
