Made from high quality 4mm correx that is pre-scored and cut for your convenience. Our correx is 700gsm weight which is higher than most other suppliers. Also supplied with velcro coins to affix the corners securely. Additional coins supplied to allow you to connect to another hay barn, making a network of tunnels and rooms.
Hay barns are a unique design to Cage Creations. These were designed as a place to put all the yummy hay your guinea pigs need to eat. This keep the hay contained, well as much as possible with guinea pigs, whilst allowing them to burrow and play. Perfectly sized to be used within C&C cages.
These are designed so that, using the supplied velcro coins, they can be joined together creating a little network of rooms full of hay or treats.
We know that correx can be quite plain to look at, and even though big piles of hay are nice for guinea pigs it's not so exciting for the owners.

I thought these would be a brilliant idea to keep the mess of the hay contain. However, the velcro is very poor and they didn't stay together this was within 24 hours. I therefore, had to buy better velcro. I did email twice but I received no reply. As I have three cages I also bought three which at £18 each isn't cheap and I wish I had chosen a different product. My guinea pigs also love to eat them, which I don't think is safe so I am now going to take them out.
My piggies love these. The favourite place to play / hide / eat / sleep. We can pile them high with hay so they can burrow and nest, easy to take outside and clean every few days. They fit in our c&c cage beautifully. A good purchase 👌
