Forage is a wonderful treat for many animals and especially guinea pigs. You can sprinkle it around your cage, whether a C&C Cage or other, mix it in with your hay pile or some such as apple chips, banana chips and pea flakes can be hand fed to help bond with your animals.
Forage is a treat for animals and should be given in moderation. Animals such as guinea pigs should have 80% hay, 10% fruit and veg, 5% pellets and then 5% treats such as forage.
