Made from high quality 4mm correx that is pre-scored and cut for your convenience. Our correx is 700gsm weight which is higher than most other suppliers. Also supplied with velcro coins to affix the corners securely.
Kitchen areas are a fantastic addition to a C&C cage. They give you a dedicated area in the cage for placing feed and treats encouraging the piggies to use that area when eating. With a suitable substrate (fleece liner or woodshavings) the piggies will utilize the area more meaning spot cleaning around the rest of the cage is reduced.
Our kitchens come supplied with a protector that fits along the shallower, 5cm (2in) front edge to prevent nibbling.
Kitchens can also be used to cover an area of the cage floor meaning that you can use smaller liners to cover the remaining area. Alternatively you can use these on top of the fleece liner itself.
We know that correx can be quite plain to look at, and even though big piles of hay are nice for guinea pigs it's not so exciting for the owners.

My piggies love their kitchen so much! It's easy to understand instructions, everything is good quality and I have no issues in the slightest.
This is great as it keeps most of the hay contained, which is ideal in a fleece lined cage. It also makes it super easy to clean.
I just wish you could get nibble proofing all the way around as my piggies loved chewing the plastic.
Prior to this we used a log tunnel turned upside down which my pigs still liked. But they adore this! Now whenever I check on them at least one of them is in there!
I received my piggy kitchen quickly after ordering and was really impressed with the quality as I’ve never tried anything like this before.
However, I did not receive any Velcro coins in my order so have been unable to stick it together like you’re supposed too. I did contact Sales and was advised some were going to be sent out in the post but these have not been received and my latest email asking for an update is now three weeks without a response. I have now clipped the kitchen pieces together with pegs so I can actually use it (see photo)
Despite this issue I do still think this is a good product; it’s easy to clean and lightweight and I would recommend it. I have had to take the nibble guard off and lie it flat though as my old piggy couldn’t get her legs over it, but it still works great.

I bought this for my two boys who were spreading hay everywhere in their cage and making it a nightmare to clean. It’s perfect, exactly as described, and now they keep all their hay (mostly) in one place! They also do a lot of their business there too so it’s easier to clean their cage. Would definitely recommend.
Great for containing hay i also line the bottom with care fresh bedding.So it works great as my piggies love to poop and pee while eating.
I use this as an upper level, for food, so that the guinea pigs dont mess up the fleece down below. It is a good fit, and worth the money.
I would however make little holes and use cable ties, as the sticky pads keep undoing, making them exposed for guineas to eat.

I bought a kitchen area to try and keep the guinea pig hay contained in one place. I also have very big pigs, and find that the kitchen has room for both of them and a hay rack. It’s really sped up the time it takes to spot clean, and they love lounging in the hay too. Really pleased with my purchase!

Just recently transfered the kids onto fleece liners with this kitchen area, they use it for litter and hay but love it alot, it makes cleaning out so much easier

I've used this to extend my c and c cage from 2 by 4 to a 2 by 5 I brought a pack of grids aswell. Even though I brought my cage first from another supplier it still fits together nicely. The delivery was in good time only a couple of days and I love all the extras you can get to modify a c and c cage will be purchasing from Cage Creations again
Fits perfectly in our c&c cage and provides plenty of space for 3 piggies without any squabbles! It makes cleaning out the hay/litter area super quick and easy (I've been lining mine with newspaper). Delivery and assembly was really quick and I really like the chew guard which is provided.
